Applicants are re-assessed once they finish their gap training. The re-assessment should only re-test areas where the applicant did not meet standards. It should not re-test skills and knowledge that have already been demonstrated. Such duplication takes away valuable time from internationally educated professionals trying to launch their careers in Manitoba.
